For stripe-hosted onboarding, you won't be able to do that. You would have to use Custom Connect and specify all this information via the API.

ah, I see. for what it's worth, I am creating accounts via API with type: "custom",, but then sending them to the stripe page. does this setup still make it impossible?

That works, but you won't be able to autofill the information unfortunately. You'd have to create your own hosted onboarding flow in order to do that
