we are looking to implement the 'Stripe' Payment method into one of our website
So we are trying to have a 'Deposit' payment instalments to be implemented
Does the Stripe support the instalment payments?

Stripe isn't a payment method. Stripe is a payment processor.
I understand you're trying to integrate Stripe to accept payments, correct?
Installments using card payments are only available in mexico

However, we do allow integrations with Affirm, Afterpay/Clearpay, Klarna that allows customers to pay in installments

Its for Affirm payment method that allows your customers to buy-now-pay-later (with installments)
an alternative would be to use Subscription Schedules API

So when you say 'buy-now-pay-later (with installments)' is there a option to deposit an amount when they buy ?

I don't think Affirm supports upfront deposits unfortunately.
