Hello! Were the existing saved cards previously entered through Checkout? Right now, I believe Checkout only shows exisiting payment methods if they come from a previous checkout session, and if they did not you'd have to re-enter them

No they were entered by creating a card object then using the card object to make a "charge"

The card information is saved as a Payment method in the dashboard but has a card_XXX id. This is all pre Stripe Checkout

Yeah if all those card_XXX Ids are from before Checkout then there isn't any workaround - they'll have to re-enter their card details
