For more control over when to transfer funds to the Connect account, you could use the Separate Charge & Transfer approach, where the transfers are initiated by the platform as the result of an API call.

I see that it has some country limitations

What if we’re trying to create an international business? Will we have to host the platform on all of the countries?

If you are looking to do this internationally then you'll need to review the doc on cross border payouts, as the callout box on that doc suggested
