according to the console, the payment failed immediately... this is a ach payment, so I would not have expected to see that until 3 to 5 days later

The status of the charge was pending, and the refund that was created pointed to this charge
So, why did I get a payment failed webhook ? The payment did not fail... it was refunded. I guess my question is... did the payment go through ? We were also charged an additional $3.70 for this. What was this fee for ?
