Right, I didn't, but it has been inferred to be "full" from the capabilities I guess

I have got a permissions error:
"This application does not have the required permissions for the parameter 'tos_acceptance' on account 'acct_1LQQmhPi7h8neFQ7'."

What's the req_xxx?

My guess is it's this:

Changing the service agreement type will fail if the service agreement has already been accepted; in those cases, create a new account with the desired service agreement.
