I think it's reasonable to have some delay between customer actually pay at convenience store until Stripe send an event. But the time you are processing the event should be appropriate timing to provide your service and goods

We don't have such a guarantee. Why would you want 1 min?
It's totally depends on the Konbini processing system
ie. Lawson can have some delay on their own and there is nothing we (Stripe or merchant) can do
