Are you trying to pay out to a South African bank account on your platform account? Or do you have a South African connected account that you want to pay out to?

Which scenario is correct?

Both scenarios. I want to make a payout to a South African bank account and the user to have a Stripe South African connected account, but I want the user to signup on the platform and Stripe to automatically make the payout.

That's unfortunately only possible if your platform account is in the US: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/cross-border-payouts

Unless your platform is an entity in the US, it's unfortunately not possible

I recommend reaching out to support though to request this feature. They like hearing from users on pain-points/what they want to see
