Hi, I think that fields is required because there are some redirected-based PaymentMethods will definitely need an URL

If you are absolutely sure you don't use such Payment Methods, you can set a placeholder URL there, then change this parameter to if_required https://stripe.com/docs/js/payment_intents/confirm_payment#confirm_payment_intent-options-redirect
