You can't control the list of countries really. This is just any country available

Yes it's the same, you have no control over this. We accept payments from all over the world. Not sure why you would wnat to block people from specific countries

Our business is applicable only for few countries. Instead of throwing errors for users from countries which are not applicable we were looking for an option to remove country value from picklist.
