yep, so after you get Stripe Support to enable the feature, you can follow the instructions to add a description

and you'll be able the see the description in the Express Dashboard

also, if you want to view what the Express user is seeing, you should use Login Links : https://stripe.com/docs/api/account/create_login_link

I think I can use this link in the dashboard to view as the client? Same thing?

the UI isn't the same. I'd strongly recommend you use Login Links to make sure everything is working as expected
