Sure... I was trying to run a transaction through WP using Dokan and Stripe (not sure that Dokan actually has any effect on this)... but, getting an invalid payment source error... he recommended that I look into WooCommerce for help (or Wordpress), but when I pull an order I was having an issue with, I have order notes that show: "Stripe Payment Error: Invalid Payment Source: Payment processing failed. Please retry."
It still might not be Stripe related, but WP says it isn't their issue.. ugh
Did you ever find a correspond request ID for that error?
No... I guess that would mean it couldn't be in Stripe?
Yeah, for context - the "Stripe Payment Error: Invalid Payment Source: Payment processing failed. Please retry." error is not one that Stripe returns. That would be WP (or maybe Dokan) returning that error. It very well could be correlated to some error in Stripe, but WP needs to take a closer look at WHY this error is happening/what part of the integration is triggering it. Since you're note integrating with Stripe directly, ultimately it's up to WP to give you more details about how their integration works so they can help you pinpoint what the issue is
