@eternal juniper I've been down this road many times. I think what you're going to find is that Stripe Support will ask you to submit a signed document from the customer authorizing you to debit their bank account with their full account number and routing number. It's a real pain and I wish they would allow you to unlock these yourself. I've asked for that many times.
