Can you clarify what you mean by that? Do you mean would there be two bts related to the same dispute?

Yes because bts come back as an array

I believe it's possible for partial amounts to be disputed, so there may be an edge-case where some amount of the charge is disputed, then (later on) the rest of the charge is disputed or something similar.
