Hello, are you running in to some kind of error when trying to transfer funds to the US accounts, or are you running in to some other restriction here?

Cross border transfers to the US are not allowed from the UK it seems so Connect account transfers throw an error

"Funds can't be sent to accounts located in US because it's restricted outside of your platform's region; please contact us via https://support.stripe.com/contact for details."

Ah right, cross border payouts at the moment is only for US to other countries https://stripe.com/docs/connect/cross-border-payouts

If you reach out to support on the link from the error message, they should be able to help go over your options to support this fund flow

We've tried and haven't made any progress. It appears that the only way to achieve this is to put the user through a rubbish UX of having to navigate 3dSecure for each vendor.

So overall what you want is impossible

To transfer to multiple vendors you need to use Separate Charges and Transfers: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/charges-transfers

Creating separate charges and transfers

With Connect, you can make charges on your platform account on behalf of connected accounts, perform transfers separately, and retain funds in the process.

This is only supported for in-region

#

So your Connected Accounts would have to be in Europe in this case.

You can maintain a 1 to 1 charge to vendor relationship using Destination charges + on_behalf_of or you can use Direct charges (if you are using Standard accounts), but you can't do a 1 to many relationship with a UK platform and US connected accounts.

That sucks! Is this a decision made by Stripe based on restrictions by the UK or has Stripe not got around to allowing cross border transfers for another reason?
