From what I can see, that acct_1lusrd2ryytvuhv8 account actually does not exist. Can you double check that ID in your dashboard to make sure it is correct?

I have double checked that Id and it is correct, this is an Express Connected Account in my Test environment:

It looks like that ID has different capitalization

Can you try copying directly from that page to your code?

It looks like the ID that we received on our end is all lower case so it looks like we don't recognize this because IDs are case sensitive
