Hello, if you don't specify the where id = are other payment intents on your account showing up?
Yes
Is this when you use any ID from you dashboard or just this specific payment intent ID?
Can you send me the ID?
pi_3LVFieLEsMFdv4uU1s0eKcRW
Can you also send me an ID that does show up in the CSV or sigma query?
pi_3LUxNDLEsMFdv4uU1GtP4b8X
I can use that 2nd ID using a WHERE statement and get the data
Thanks for the IDs. I am not immediately seeing why one would show up here and the other would not but am still looking
I also can't get customer_tax_ids data using specific customer IDs
Sigma takes a few days to update. It's not real time. Is this transaction recent?
My guess is that's too recent. Sigma was updated but it still can be a few days behind to get certain data in there. Try a transaction that's a few days older than that one.
what a load of rubbish
I'm still looking in to this. The payment that you do see in Sigma is newer than the one you don't so I don't think it is the age of the payment
incorrect
pi_3LVFieLEsMFdv4uU1s0eKcRW (i cant see) is from today
the one i can see if from the 9th, its older
Whoops, mixed up the browser tabs. The payment being too new sounds plausible again. That payment was definitely made after 1 am in the timezone of the country on your account though I don't know if that is after 1 in your actual timezone
im in the UK
account should be set as UK as well
right, well i have another question thats more important
its in the main channel
Yep, and that payment is from 46 minutes ago which was after 3 PM in the UK
