ok i use jobtread so i set up a stripe seemed like great idea

when i set it up said nothing about holding first payment for 7 to 14 days

then it says cant verivy tax id and my customer has already pd a large amt of money

Do you have direct integration with Stripe? or is your invoicing software connected to Stripe?

connected to stripe the probelm is they cant veify tax id

Can I suggest you to reach out to your invoicing software provider on this matter? because we don't know how they communicate with Stripe.
