@earnest vigil if you use BigCommerce, you shouldn't be uploading anything. They own your integration and would own this for you and do it for you

I have no docs sorry. You are using a third-party system. they have their own Stripe integration. You should be talking to their support team

I don't know, must accounts don't have one. And if you use BigCommerce, you'd talk to BigCommerce directly, not Stripe
