Oh, alright. But this is something that I can do from the stripe dashboard without creating a new price (the price keeps the same id), is it normal?

it's an exception in the Dashboard but we mostly discourage from using it and it only works until the Price is "used" anywhere.

Oh ok, it actually makes sens that I can't update a price amount after it's 'used'. Thanks for your answers!
By the way, in the docs, you have a section about Edit a price referring to this API reference but in the example you update a Product and not a Price, you might want to update this 🙂 https://stripe.com/docs/products-prices/manage-prices?dashboard-or-api=api#edit-price
