Hi there 👋 I'm not as familiar with the dashboard, but thought that it included the list of emails comms that had been generated. I know we don't provide insight on whether the emails were successfully delivered currently.
There isn't a way to retrieve email information via the API, and I think the dashboard is the only approach for seeing email information.
Thanks toby. As far as I can see in the dashboard to log only lists the associated triggering events - but no explicit information about emails being sent (or not), or history of email communications with a customer
Do you have an example of a Customer that I could look at and what emails you believe they should have been sent that you aren't seeing in the dashboard?
Yes, what's the best way to share that with you?
In the log we see things like 'A draft invoice was finalized'
but we don't see 'an invoice was sent to x@y.com'

Sure I can try to contact them too. However I'm not saying that the emails weren't sent - I'm pretty sure they were. My question is more related to trying to figure out if there's a way to see a history of the emails sent to a customer
there isn't, it's not something we offer today unfortunately
