no, but I think the transaction would be processed with the stripe token for apple multiple times, and this is not accepted, isn't it ?

Hm, that may give you troubles. If you're doing multiple delayed one-time payments, then I believe you'll want to use each Apple Pay payment method only one time.

You can use Setup Intents while your customers are scheduling payments to collect the relevant payment method details and create a Payment Method to use.
