Which order status is Pending as you see? Inside Magento?
Yes, even though you called the webhook back to the site, and I see that you received 200 OK on that webhook call (which tells the site that 3DS was successful), the order didn't change to Processing, it's still Pending.
I assume this means the issue is related to the Magento extension. Correct?
