As you can see I'm trying to get a setup intent with my apple pay wallet, my card is perfectly valid and i'm using it all day long
MY CVC is supposed to be valid too

It works for some people, even for me at some point it worked, but i've no idea why for some reason it fails
(I deleted that video since it had some address information in there)

Looking at that specific request, this is just a decline from the card issuer/bank - it's not a problem with your integration.
I'd recommend contacting the card issuer and having them verify everything is correct with the card
The thing is
It happen on 9/10 of the cards
Not only mine, and if you're not using apple pay, but directly fill the card details everything works well so far
I have a lot of user complain everyday about that
I'm not sure this is really related to the issuer there, maybe it's an issue where the CVC is not propagated to apple pay from stripe context ?
Also I noticed the Strong authentication is never triggered on apple pay, on Google pay android, it happen many time

(you know, when they ask to confirm on the bank application with the code)
From what I understand, Apple pay doesn't exactly send over the CVC - it sends over a cryptogram which should have all the necessary card information (and the cryptogram is also why strong authentication isn't needed with apple pay)

Have you written into support(https://support.stripe.com/contact) about this at all yet? I'm not seeing any widespread failure, but looking at decline trends isn't something we typically do in this channel so I may be looking at the wrong place. The best next step would be to have support take a look and potentially have this flagged to the card issuer/ bank to better understand what's happening

I'll try upgrading version to see if things get better
You already have a support ticket with us? I'd recommend pushing back and ask to be escalated to someone who can take a closer look at the declines on your account because you believe something is going wrong at the issuer level
