awIf you use either Server or JS driven integrations you can build the Point of Sale software to look like this but the card reader itself is not a Point of Sale application. It only reads cards

You still haven't told me which Terminal hardware you are talking about. I assume you are referring to the Wise POS E. In that case you can configure the splash screen and make some changes to how the amounts are displayed but in general, no there is no way to customize the UI

In my use case, users are specifying the donation amount. So I was hoping they could set the donation amount on the wise POS E.

They can, but you would also need to run a POS application one some other piece of hardware
