So you can successfully charge the same card by just entering the card details in Stripe?

the original report was that it was working. Connected with the customer and the manual entry actually is not working for that card

The Visa does work when the CC info is entered into the online payment form and with physical use. Just not in the google pay form

Okay, do you see any errors written to the console?

We're not seeing anything when opening the console. The output didn't change and everything in the network tab was returning 200.
But when I inspected the actual google form modal, I saw this, in case it helps.

The Google Pay modal is loaded and controlled by a JavaScript file that Google loads. So this Visa is a saved payment method in a customer's Google wallet? And Google is displaying that it cannot be accepted with this merchant?

Unfortunately this seems to be a bit outside Stripe's area of expertise. I've never run into this myself.
