Hi! I have som troubles with a customer because he says that the 3DS flow immediately sends him back to the return_url of our app, perhaps failing the paymentIntent

I don't know how to solve this because we don't have any way to understand why its failing, do you know if there is any method? Could you find anything if i share with you the payment intent?

Looks like it failed due to "Opaque error from issuer indicating that the cardholder is not allowed to perform the transaction"

They should reach out to their card issuer to find out why

So this means basically his card is not allowed to perform those transactions or that the customer isn't authenticated by the bank?
