I don't know if it is on the roadmap unfortunately and I am not finding a way to set this overall. Consulting a colleague quickly but at the moment I don't think we support your use case.

Hi there 👋 jumping in as I'm taking a closer look at this, please bear with me a couple minutes while I do some digging.

The closest thing that I'm finding, is the ability to adjust the placeholder text when working with our individual Card Elements.

👍 Happy to help! If I come across anything else I'll let you know, but I didn't see this option for the Card Element (the single element version) or the Payment Element so I don't think there is another approach for accomplishing this.
