The customer hasn't gone ahead with the upgrade yet. They were choosing to upgrade but did not proceed as it was looking to charge them £45. I've not found anything which shows the prorated calculation formula.

I believe we have mirrored the stripe calculations on our side to display warning modals, so the customer fully understands what they are paying. Typing this out makes me realise we must have them already! Sorry. Thanks anyways.
