They usually get through when you try again later.

most times it's fine, and then all of a sudden I get a lot of these. I tried talking to my host and they have no idea... (your IPs are not blocked.)

So these timeouts are actually coming from your server. Do you know from the logs whether you are receiving these events in your code at all?

Because it is possible that either we can't reach your server or that we can but aren't hearing a 200 response back on the event within 30 seconds
