Most likely this will require you to reach out to support but do you have an ID for a failed payment?
Hello. brook@hammondassoc.com is the person's email, but since they couldn't subscribe, nothing with that email address is showing in the system
I cannot use that and this server is public so you should never share someone's contact information

I'm not certain how I can have a payment ID when they are not in the system. Is there a way for them to register for payments to us with Stripe and then attempt to enter the card information? Until they are in the system, I cannot see any data on them.
