I'd like to create a discount that will apply to all transactions, invoices and charges, but will be used if customer has at least 3 items in cart or invoice. This code will discount 3rd item to 1 EUR

So my question is... Should I implement it in code or I can create something similar using my dashboard

I can't imagine any way to do this without writing some custom code to apply the coupon at the point where you decide on the items in the cart
