Hi 👋 I would recommend removing that name from your message by editing it. Additionally, Chargebee built and maintains their Stripe integration, so their teams will be better suited to provide support for that integration.

Hi @midnight void Thank you for the suggestion. I have edit the name out. I have talked with Chargebee support and they asked me to get bank feed information from Stripe end so they can use that as reference to troubleshoot.

I'm not sure what they're referring to by bank feed information, that may be something that our Support team is more familiar with.

@midnight void Is there a specific place I can file a ticket with Support Team? I clicked on the link and it just keeps giving me self-help popular topics that doesn't relate to me. I don't see a support contact to reach out to from there either.

Are you logged into your Stripe account when you click on that link? On my end it opens the contact dialog in the bottom right where you can select a topic and then how you want to engage with Support.

I guess I was not logged in before. I just tried to log in now and now I see the chat box options.
