Is any information stored outside of the evidence object relevant for banks to make a decision on disputes?

I'm not sure what banks look at when reviewing disputes, I think that is a topic that our Support team would be more knowledgable on.

What fields are you seeing in the dashboard that aren't on the Dispute object?

The fields that I've noticed so far are:

  • The text area inputs when selecting "Other" fields under step 1 of evidence submitting
  • On step 2 (when selecting Other on step 1), none of the fields under "Credit or voucher" section (credit or voucher amount, currency, reference number, offer date, expiration date, credit or voucher description).
