just for reference where is your account based in?

Our is platform is based on Germany. My testing connected account is based on Australia. So when I transfer i got this error even though I'm using on_behalf_of as params for the transfer api.

cross-border payouts is not available unless you're in the US

So There is no way to transfer money from Germany platform to an Australia connected account

I want to create a payment and bring the money to platform balance. After my transaction is complete i want to transfer money to connected account. This is my business flow. With this flow I need to use Separate charges and transfer. But got the cross border problem. Is there any solution help us implement this flow or similiar without using Separate charge and transfer ?

Nope, as my colleague explained you can only do cross border transfers between accounts in certain scenarios: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/account-capabilities#transfers-cross-border

Otherwise you'll need a platform entity in the same region/locale as your connected accounts
