Sorry I've never played with Chargebee but you should be able to look at what they provide and compare it to what you see in your Stripe account

A Customer id for example will be cus_123

I figured as such -- we're just not able to connect to Stripe in a test environment with Chargebee as far as I'm aware, but just figured I'd ask ahead of time in case someone knew. Thanks though!

Hmm fairly sure Chargebee has Test mode support. Maybe you need to connect in Live mode but they should still be able to make Test mode requests
