I see how it is being cancelled but am a bit unclear on why. I am consulting colleagues and will get back to you with what I can find

I found it, Checkout Sessions automatically cancel after 24 hours so which is what happened with that session

So that is expected behavior, if the user decides to pay after that point you will need to create a new Checkout Session and direct the user to that

The logs say the checkout session was created right before the payment intent ???

I had the same reaction. I missed 8/2 vs 8/3 which is why I was initially going to ask my colleagues
