Hello, good question, you should be able to periodically check what they still need to submit and email based on that but I will need to look in to it a bit more.

Can you tell me a bit more about your situation first? What kind of connect accounts are you using? And are you looking to do this specifically for bank account/TIN stuff or just for required info in general?
I'm not sure what you mean by "What kind of connect accounts are you using?" Are you asking what kind of roles I have? they are below:
- Connect Onboarding Analyst
- Developer
- View Only
I'd like to send an email for each reason below and in the order that that info is requested from the customer:
- Missing bank account or debit card
- missing terms of service acceptance
- missing tax ID
- missing business ID
There are three kinds of Connect account: Standard, Express, and Custom https://stripe.com/docs/connect/accounts
Do you recognize any of those from your integration?
