When you say VAT receipts what do you mean exactly?
You want to provide a receipt to your customers for the VAT amount of each charge?

Yes, when they pay, we want them to receive a receipt that show the VAT they have paid

Gotcha, then you likely want to look into hiring a developer to help you here or using a third party plugin to actually integrate with Stripe. That said, in order to provide VAT receipts themselves you would need custom code for that — that isn't a feature we currently provide.

They tell me that the money is charged, sent to you, then you deposit into our Euro account. Is that not the process?

Is your "registration Company" a plugin? Did they provide them your API keys on a webpage they provided?
Overall you need to work with that third party... whether it is a plugin or a platform that you are using. They are controlling your code here so they would have to institute the VAT receipts if that is a feature you want.

I don't understand, they supply us with a dedicated registration url that has payment options,
This what they sent me last - Looks like VAT invoices are fees and taxes that Stripe applies to your account. All we can do from our end is set up the website currency (in this case Euros) and link the Stripe account using the Test Secret API Key and Live Secret API Key.
