I read Stripe automatically converts the payment to your default settlement currency before transferring the funds., so no fee is applied, right? never

depends what you mean by a 'fee' exactly. There is some markup in the conversion for example

I want to know for example If I pay $10 to a commerce that only accept Euros, If Stripe get any money for the conversion between dollars to euros
