Custom doesn't have this UI I think. It's for Express/Standard. But You can consider using Financial Connections which should have a similar UI: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/payouts-bank-accounts#using-financial-connections

Managing bank accounts and debit cards on your Custom connected accounts.
