Hi ! I have just read the documentation on support.stripe.com (https://support.stripe.com/questions/prestashop)
We encountered this problem with the following modules (non-exhaustive list):
The Checkout.
One Page Checkout, Social Login and Mailchimp.
These modules encountered issues with version 2.0.7 of Stripe in October 2019. It is possible that these modules have been updated since this date in order to make them compatible.```

Yes, AFAIK that is a known limitation. Also, since this is a third party integration our team doesn't have any insights into how it works.

Thanks for the answer. So I have to use another module than TheCheckout... Do you know why they are limitations ? What are the difference between TheCheckout and another payment tunnel module ?

our team won't know anything about this unfortunately 😦 as we don't have more context on third party integrations. Talking to our support team would be the best option here
