Note 3: Later, a document including your association name and more details of your operations will be required for upload. You can upload a utility bill, bank statement, charter, constitution, by-laws or rules of your association.

  1. Before uploading your document, check the name and address of your association entered on the account (section above the "Verify now" option) to ensure that it matches the information on the document that you go download. Click on the "Edit" option at the top right once you are in the included organization section on your Dashboard verification page linked in step 1.

  2. To upload your document, you will see the 'Verify Company' prompt, so click the 'Verify Now' button.

  3. In the "Proof of Trade Document" prompt, select those that apply or "Other" (last option in the list) and click "Continue Uploading".

  4. You will have the option to upload a document or take a photo.

  5. Make sure the document you are about to upload meets the requirements by checking the box next to "Document shows your company name and relevant company information".

  1. Click the "Submit Document" button.

Your document will be reviewed within 24 hours of upload. We will inform you of the result of your examination and if further steps are necessary.

The problem is that when I'm at point 4 I don't have the Business Number. So I don't know how to do anything, I don't even know how to solve this problem, even for point number 5. So I'm lost, thank you for your help.
