hmm strange, I'm not sure why that's failing, it feels like it should work since the Source object is saved to the customer
might be a bug, I'd suggest reaching out to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true over email with that request ID and mention that the Source object was attached to that Customer via the successful PaymentIntent pi_3LSGgjSB2OlEnbVR16Pwl7xS , so charging it in your new PaymentIntent does feel like it should work.
