Hello! I'm not sure what you call "not storing on the clients side". What parameter are you passing exactly and do you have an example transaction I can look at?

yeah I think it's expected per https://stripe.com/docs/connect/charges-transfers#on-behalf-of we always show the platform info. I'd recommend working with our support team directly to clarify this and see if there's a way to change this behaviour

Their response is literally you need to pass thru API

We do… the doc tells us what variables to pass

Everything passes as you can see prefix and descriptor
