The Token tok_123 can only ever be used once, on top of the fact that it's been deprecated for almost 4 years and no one should use this

Really you should be using PaymentIntents and PaymentMethods to accept payments

Overall though you can't collect card details, get a tok_123 and then create multiple separate charges for it, that's not possible
