Hello, where can they only select Canada? Is this on a Stripe hosted page for an account that you created?

Here is the issue. After putting in the code they send to your phone.

the code and email no issue. But the company is in Italy.

Our CEO is a dev. So I'm sure he can fix it. But if it was something quick, I'd love to get it fixed for him and take something off his plate.

Do you have the ID of an account (acct_123) that you created this way?

No. The way it is set up is we have a widget on our platform that leads them to the signup page.

Can you send me your own account ID? I might be able to find one of these IDs from there https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/user
