#Durrell-issuing-balance

Hi there 👋 I'm not sure off the top of my head, but let me see what I can find.
Yes, the object structure should look the same between test and live mode.
My problem is there is never a pending array in test mode. If you look at the docs, it's not there in the docs either. I just pasted above what I assume the data structure will look like in live mode. I assume transfers in and out of the Stripe Issuing balance don't happen immediately in live mode like they do in test mode, therefore I assume there will be a pending balance in live mode. I just don't know what that data structure is because it's not in the docs.
Oh, I see what you're saying, apologies for missing that earlier. The documentation does also seem to confirm your suspicion about their being a pending component to the balance also:
This includes your available and pending Issuing funds.
Can you link me to where it says that? There are also no examples of the issuing.pending key.
This section here:

Thank you for that. That does give me some reassurance. The only way to know for sure though is to switch to live mode?
Hey, Toby is stepping out but I am catching up on this thread and can help in a minute
I am having trouble finding info on this. My guess is that there will be pending balances in live mode but I only really have access to test data here
Can you ask our support team about pending issuing balances? They won't know about the API aspect but they should be able to get you an answer about how pending balances work for issuing in general https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
