Not consumption, we have tiered services. We want to charge fixed amount, and if tier threshold is reached, we want customers to pay to user higher tier

Like Mailchimp, tier one grants grants you 500 contacts, tier 2 grants you 2000 etc , it's prepaid.

Yes, I've gone through it, but in case of subscription, Stripe allows you to charge customers only at the end of the billing cycle
