Sorry I only speak English
i got the money on stripe, but i still can have money back on myrevolut card
let me explain better
my payment flow is this:
1- I request a pre-authorization by blocking part of the money from the user
2- after various checks, I deposit the pre-authorized money
3- I get the money on my stripe
if we are in phase 1 the user can still cancel the pre-authorization while in phase two theoretically not because the money has already been deducted
Ok. What payment method are you using and how are you seeing that the customer get money back with it?
I don't understand why even after the confirmation phase if I go to my revolut bank I can still get my money back, as if you were still in the first phase
i was doing tests myself with my site and server connected to stripe so i was charging my money to check that the checkout flow worked perfectly before publishing it, the money is deducted but the user can still cancel even after confirming the transaction via "stripe.paymentIntents.capture".
You understand well that if such a thing happens the user buys my service for free because he will get the money back
credit card
So you can cancel the transaction in the bank app after you've captured the payment?
Got it. Let me ask a colleague about this and I'll get back to you
but i still have money on stripe
I think it will be removed in the next few days
Do you have an example pi_xxx?
I'm not sure this is the correct channel for your issue really as I suspect there's nothing wrong with your Stripe integration

what should i do?
I would recommend speaking to support: https://support.stripe.com/contact
I don't think this works like you suspect it does (i.e. you can't just cancel a captured payment/transaction like that – you'd raise a dispute/get a refund). I guess that you can cancel the auth charge in the app, and the actual payment charge will show up later

Also, I'd maybe speak to the bank to actually understand how that feature works
